The short version
We collect as little as we can. We never sell your data, and your private notes about reps stay private. Nobody else sees your log.
What we collect
- Your email, so we can send your login link, week 1, and program emails.
- Your quiz answers, to set your starting level. They're saved on your device and, once you buy, to your account.
- Your rep log: your predicted and actual awkwardness scores and any notes you choose to write.
- Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic usage data, such as which pages were visited and whether a step was completed, to improve the program. Your notes and answers are never part of it.
Who helps us run Regular
We use a few trusted services, each only for its job: Stripe (payments), Supabase (storing your account and log), Resend (sending email), PostHog (usage analytics, with session recording turned off) and Netlify (hosting). They process data on our behalf and aren't allowed to use it for anything else.
Emails
Program emails never mention people or "friends" in the subject line, so they stay discreet. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and everything in it at any time by emailing hello@joinregular.app. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we extend them to everyone. Regular is for adults 18 and over, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email you. Questions: hello@joinregular.app.
